Masterpiece made from 40 years of Kiturami craftsmanship

  • Forced draft structure, which keeps furnace pressure higher than atmospheric pressure and pushes combusted gas into flue, to control low temperature corrosion symptom and scaling which are weak points of natural draft type boiler structure
  • Because hot water pipe made of high-end stainless material was applied to insulated hot water tank for Korean Ondol system, sufficient amount of water is provided and its hot water heat exchanger is just secure from blockage due to foreign substances.
  • A special Hi Fin fire tube and baffle were adopted to promote heat transfer.
  • Safe boiler by adopting a cutting-edge automatic control functions such as overheating detection, low-water detection, etc.
  • Turbo spiral burner re-combusts primary combusted gas by using a special metal plate heated at 800°C. This new eco-friendly technology improves combustion efficiency and reduces fuel cost.

Slim design, advanced concept boiler

  • The finest stainless material with no stress corrosion and crack was applied to have outstanding durability. Compared with standing iron boiler, this compact and slim boiler with high-efficiency heat exchanger design is easy to move and install thanks to its reduced boiler volume and weight.

Internal Structure

  • 1) Spiral gas/oil burner

    Eco-friendly burner which achieved low CO and smoke density under 1

  • 2) A special Hi Fin fire tube to promote heat transfer

    Instead of old pipe-type fire tubes, special Hi Fin fire tube with a wider heating surface is used to promote heat transfer and enhance boiler efficiency significantly. Additionally, the boiler has slim specifications, thanks to the reduced number of fire tubes in the boiler.

  • 3) Selectable gas /oil model

    Use turbo spiral oil burner for oiler boiler, use turbo spiral gas burner for gas boiler

  • 4) Auto controller

  • 5) Steel frame with which to move and install

  • 6) Sufficient amount of hot water in heating tank (storage type tank)

Room Temperature Controller with Various Functions (CTR-5700PLUS)
