Turbo HI FIN

A high efficiency boiler in which gas burned in the combustion chamber passes through a special Hi Fin to transfer heat. Storage type heat exchanger equipped with an aluminum Hi Fin fire tube provides sufficient amount of hot water.

  • High-efficiency system boiler in which primary-combusted gas in gas chamber goes through special Hi Fins to transfer heat
  • Various and convenient energy-saving functions such as leave, bath, and sleep, etc., self-diagnosis functions including burning detection, water temperature detection, etc. and every safety units are provided in the boiler.
  • To provide clean hot water quickly and sufficiently and to prevent boiler inner shell from boiling, hot water heat exchanger made of high-end stainless is placed on top hotspot.
  • An eco-friendly burner, that can burn even minute particles by mixing tertiary combustion air in the existing turbo spiral burner, thereby improving combustion efficiency while achieving low CO and a smoke density grade less than "1."

  • Storage type heat exchanger, with its aluminum Hi Fin fire tube, promises outstanding heat efficiency even with a small heating surface and makes the product compact by reducing its volume and weight.

Internal Structure

  • 1) Tertiary combustion burner

    More tertiary combustion air is mixed to improve combustion efficiency and wind pressure capability to promise efficient combustion even though the flue is long.

  • 2) Hi Fin heat exchanger

    A highly efficient storage type heat exchanger reduces noise and furnace pressure by adopting an aluminum Hi Fin heat exchanger.

  • 3) Aluminum Hi Fin fire tube

    A special aluminum Hi Fin fire tube to promote heat transfer

  • 4) Built-in expansion tank

  • 5) A special hot water coil heat exchange method

  • 6) Spiral circulating pump

  • 7) Burner-integrated controller

  • 8) Heating distributor

Room Temperature Controller with Various Functions(CTR-5000)
